People’s Leasing to Showcase Employee Talents at ‘PLC Star Night’
As part of its celebrations marking its 30th Anniversary, People’s Leasing & Finance PLC showcased the diverse talents of its employees through “PLC Star Night”, a special talent show that provided a platform for employees to shine beyond their professional roles. The grand finale of PLC Star Night was held on 12th September 2026 at the Cinnamon Grand Colombo.
Employees who demonstrated exceptional talent in the singing and dancing categories were selected to compete in the grand finale. This provided them with a unique opportunity to showcase their hidden artistic abilities and creativity beyond their professional roles.
In the singing category, the winner was Chirath Jayasanka of Galle Branch, while Anupa Wijesinghe of Grandpass Branch secured the first runner-up position and Akash Kotuwelle of Premier Branch won the second runner-up position.
In the dancing category, Sakuma De Silva of Ja-Ela Branch emerged as the winner, while Wardaraja Jiwitha of Hatton Branch secured the runner-up position.
