Complaints & Grievances

Complaint Handling & Redress Mechanism If you have any disputes regarding the documents signed with the Company or while dealing with the Company, you may first bring the matter to the attention of the Branch Manager. If you are not satisfied with the solutions proposed, you may forward the matter to the Customer Service & Dispute Resolution Department at our Head Office.

Complaint Resolution Timeframes

The nature of the complaint or grievance will be subjective; therefore the time frame depends on the seriousness of the complaint.

Acknowledgement
Immediate response by SMS upon receipt. The complainant will then be responded to in writing within 5 days.
Immediate + 5 days
Incidental Complaints
Day-to-day minor complaints received at branch or head office level.
7–14 calendar days
Critical Complaints
Disputes between the client and the company requiring investigation.
Within 21 calendar days
Most Critical Complaints
Complex or escalated complaints. If unresolved within 21 days, the complainant will be notified with reasons and progress — maximum extension of 3 months.
Within 21 days + max 3 months

External Dispute Resolution

If you remain dissatisfied with the solution proposed by the Customer Service & Dispute Resolution Department, you may escalate the matter to the following external dispute resolution schemes.
