7.2 Bid Submission Timeline Bids shall be in conformity with the technical specifications given in Annexure A and should be deposited in the tender box located at the Logistics Department, People’s Leasing & Finance PLC, No. 1161, Maradana Road, Colombo 08 (Head Office – Main Building, 2nd Floor) on or before 13.10.2026 at 1:30 PM and late submissions will be rejected.
