People’s Leasing strikes GOLD Rating for Corporate Accountability
Management of People’s Leasing is delighted to announce that PLC is being rated under the “GOLD” category, according to the assessment made by the STING Consultants. The rating approach considered how best Corporate Values, Risk & opportunity identification, Policies, Stakeholder Engagement, Management & Measurement, Workplace Practices and Public Disclosure are integrated into the normal way of doing business at PLC, in awarding the Gold. This rating has enabled PLC to understand it’s own strengths and weaknesses to serve it’s customers and community at large even better, while disseminating the best practices among other corporates.
Evaluation was based on the submissions made by 24 companies and the evaluation
process heavily relied on the ability to support all criteria with relevant evidence through corporate documents and records. The end result was to benchmark them into four broad classifications as Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Having scored between 80-89 percent, PLC’s accountability is ranked in the Gold category along with Aitken Spence, Eagle Insurance, Hettigoda Group, JKH and Maga Engineering.
